I am a Dutch still-life photographer based in Amsterdam. After establishing myself as a leading tabletop and advertising photographer in the Netherlands and abroad, I expanded my practice to include fine art still-life photography. My work is characterized by a narrative atmosphere, strong compositions, and a refined use of light.

 

My artistic vision and eye for detail have earned me a prominent position within the industry. After a decade of working across various genres, I discovered my true passion: still life and food photography. I studied at the St. Joost Academy of Art and Design in Breda and have worked with leading advertising agencies and brands both in the Netherlands and internationally.

 

Alongside my work as a food and advertising photographer, I focus on creating fine art still-life photography. These works are defined by an intimate atmosphere, captivating compositions, and a deliberate, masterful use of light. I firmly believe that my still lifes carry the soul and story of their subjects. I also have a deep appreciation for the painterly beauty of ingredients and the purity of dishes, which I often bring to life in close collaboration with food stylists and chefs.

 

My portfolio forms a seamless bridge between classical art, technical precision, and modern aesthetics. Each image I create is an exploration of stillness and visual storytelling, an invitation to discover the extraordinary within the everyday. My fine art collection currently comprises approximately forty works.
